Boundary Commission Propose New Constituencies for 2023

The Boundary Commission are proposing new constituency boundaries. At the 2023 Review, the Eastern region will increase from 58 to 61 constituencies.

The initial proposals are that Dunstable, Heath and Reach, Linslade, Leighton Buzzard and Houghton Regis will be lumped together:

Some areas, notably Caddington and Studham, currently part of South West Bedfordshire constituency would become merged into “Luton and South Bedfordshire”:
