Shake Rattle and Roll As Earthquake Epicentre is near Leighton Buzzard


The British Geological Survey today reported a quake with an epi-centre close to Leighton Buzzard as a magnitude 3.3. The tremor was widely felt in Leighton Buzzard town which is only few kilometers from the epicenter.

The now very densely populated map of user reports shows nicely how most of the city experienced light to moderate shaking on the Mercalli scale (blue to green colors).

More than 500 reports were made to https://www.volcanodiscovery.com/ within the first 20 minutes of the quake.
