Developer’s Fun Day Showcases New Family Homes in Houghton Regis

CIVIC dignitaries, members of the business community and local families enjoyed a weekend of fun and house hunting at Houghton Regis’ latest new homes development.

Linden Homes Midlands & Deakin-White Estate Agents threw the doors of its Buckwood Leys development in Houghton Regis open to visitors during a viewing weekend with a difference.

As well as giving home buyers the opportunity to see just what development has to offer in terms of choice and design, representatives from the business community were able to share in Linden Homes’ vision and investment into providing local housing.

Guests enjoyed refreshments, as well as a host of activities and attractions organised by Deakin-White Estate Agents and the developer; including music, face painting, party games and bouncy castle.

The development close to Thorn Road, offers a mix of three and four-bedroom homes in a range of designs, with 26 planned for the first phase of the development.

Early interest in the development has already led to several off-plan reservations, where buyers have reaped the benefits of picking their preferred plot from the drawing board.

Part exchange and assisted move are among the schemes available, perfect for those with an existing property to sell.

Houghton Regis is a location that benefits from the best of both worlds; enjoying a quiet spot on the edge of the Bedfordshire countryside, while being close to the major centres of Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard – offering excellent road links to the M1 and A5. For commuters, the development is around three miles from both Leagrave & Leighton Buzzard Stations with a direct 40-minute service into London.

Current prices start from £325,000 for a three-bedroom home. For more details contact the show home team on 01582 787 788 or Deakin-White Estate Agents on 01582 343 548. Part Exchange and Help to Buy are being offered.

VIP attendees cut the ribbon for Linden Homes Midlands' Buckwood Leys development in Houghton Regis, LU5 6JQ.
