All the Fun of the May Fair 2018

It was the hottest May Fair on record!

Queen Maisie, Princesses Lucy and Princess Kimberley were presented with traditional floral headbands, then took part in a special dance around the Maypole.

Acts included two 45 minute sessions of music from Last of the Summer Ukuleles,  Magic show, Balloon modelling, and Maypole Dancing. Stalls included fudge, crafts, cakes, fundraising charities, pet welfare, Girl Guiding, Scouts, and Neighbourhood Plan Survey, SOS bus. Afternoon tea was served in the Village Green Pavilion. Youth Central organised 5-a-side football. Go Karting and Water Zorbs were perfect fun for young children in the sunshine.

The event was organised by the Town Council supported by Signposts doing the marshalling.
