Outlying Parcels of Land Will be 'Houghton Regis'

When Luton Borough Council negotiated for land at Dog Kennel Down for the Luton- Dunstable - Houghton Regis Guided Busway, it was agreed that a parcel of land at Blows Down would be re-designated as owned by Houghton Regis Town Council.

The hand-over is due on completion of the busway, and in turn is expected to be handed over to the Wildlife Trust to manage.

Another parcel of land is the old railway corridor from Dog Kennel Walk bridge, to the A5, which will also be transferred to the Houghton Regis Town Council.
