OLD NETTO SITE COULD BECOME A PETROL STATION, YET

An application for planning permission in respect of 2 Cemetery Road, Houghton Regis, has been submitted. The developers proposal: "Demolition of existing supermarket and erection of new petrol filling station with sales kiosk and car wash facility."

A target date for a decision has been set for 18 / 08 / 2014. 
Earliest Decision Date (Consultation Period Expires): 27 / 06 / 2014 03 / 07 / 2014

A letter from Central Bedfordshire Council Planning Department dated 30 May 2014, being circulated to consulted parties reads,
"Should you have views regarding the proposal, it would be appreciated if these could be placed in writing to the above offices as soon as possible or by email to planning@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk and by no later than 20 June 2014.
