LEAD FLASHING
Coat walls and fences with anti climb paint, which makes the metal difficult to remove. The paint does not dry and will mark clothing and skin.

DNA style property marking. Products include Smart water, Red Web, and Selecta DNA.

Check your roof regularly, the earlier it is reported the more chance there is of recovering it.

Check the perimeter of your home, bolt gates, ensure lighting is working, remove any climbing aids.

If metal is due for replacement, consider a modern alternative which is less attractive to thieves.
