New residential roads in Houghton Regis' portfolio will in future include

Lake View, (C)

Limestone Grove, (C)

Whiting Square , (C)

Travertine Close,

Fieldstone Avenue,

Alabaster Avenue

All these addresses are part of the development adjacent to the quarry off Houghton Road, Houghton Regis. Those marked (C) were put forward by town councillors who had advanced two themes. One theme used the names of birds seen in the area, the other theme being "quarry".
